Your Healthy Pelvis Booster Class Schedule 2017

This class is a continuation of the introductory class with time during class to strengthen inner core muscles. Exercises are low/no impact and will increase your ability to control your pelvic floor muscles. Wear loose comfortable clothing for light exercise. Mats are provided. 5 consecutive weeks, 70 minutes per session. To participate in these classes you must be able to get down and up off the floor unassisted. New mothers with babies under 6 months old are welcome.

New cancellation policy: 24 business hours notice and refund can be generated, or class date can be changed no more than 2 times in the same calendar year.
