Extensive one-on-one  review of health goals and the IMC resources and providers. A specifically trained and experienced Navigator works with you to identify the best match for your needs and goals.

Personal Research Report – "This really gave me the information I needed to make a really informed decision."

Review and unbiased critique of conventional and alternative data  pertinent to an individual patient’s health problem and risk.  In person review with the patient and written documentation of the research.

Patient Care Conference – "I came away with the right choices for me.”

The entire IMC team reviews your health history and confers to give you a comprehensive list of recommendations and a sequence for implementation – all  from their combined 70+ years of integrated medicine experience.

Ultimate Health – "A life changing experience.”

An intensive, but relaxing, 4 day health and healing experience. Over 75 hours of professional time devoted to you and your health goals. Finish with a full written report with articles and recommendations for your healing path – at IMC or elsewhere – includes a year of follow up. Additional options for long term intensive follow up, luxury amenities, couple programs, and shorter programs.

Pain Rehabilitation & Education Programs - PREP – "Every day I use what I learned in PREP.”

An individual or group program, designed for patients with chronic pain. Many hours of individual sessions from a variety of providers.  Giving participants self care skills is the primary goal of PREP.  Food choices, stretching and exercise programs, relaxation skill building, education about the process of pain, are all part of the program.

ABC Program Costs

ABC Membership – annual fee $1,300/individual;  $1,700/family

Change Happens - $380/four months, usually 2-3 contacts per week

Patient Care Conference - $650,  Personal Research Paper - $250–$600

PREP or Ultimate Health $5,200 and $1,500 year-long follow up option.
