Sandra provides Biofeedback education and tools for urinary incontinence. Urinary incontinence has many forms: leaking urine when moving, sneezing, coughing, or frequent urination, or even the inability to hold urine until you reach the bathroom. All urinary incontinence stems from a weakened pelvic floor and poor posture.

Sandra’s technique is safe, non-surgical, non-medicinal approach to help you identify and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. It is estimated that (1 in 3 WHO) have some form of urinary incontinence. Yes, this includes men too. Sandra also has training in the Nerve Micro-Stimulation (NM-S) a neurostimulation technique that can help both men and women.
