Water is Good for You

It hydrates your muscles, keeps your skin healthy, dilutes your urine so it does not irritate your bladder, and so much more.

Try little taste additions to your water – add a slice of lemon, or strawberry, or cucumber, or lime, or a sprig of mint – or combine some of these.

Sit down and  s l o w l y  taste the different waters. Which taste addition do you like?

Using these small little additions to water can make it a special treat, more enjoyable, more refreshing, more fun
